TLC is an affiliate of Workforce Development Global Alliance (WDGA). Founded by Pastor Niecy in 2006, its mission is to empower youth to get along and get ahead while equipping the family household for success. Serving Kenya Africa and East Pittsburgh region nearly two decades, WDGA’s newly named program called 3steps2work is operating through three steps:

  • Step 1 - Get Family: Stronger family connection and involvement
  • Step 2 - Get Along: Dealing with anger, conflict and improved relations
  • Step 3 - Get Ahead: Youth career development and entrepreneurship

Founded by Pastor Niecy and Pastor Jeff Leake (Allison Park Church - Pittsburgh, PA) in 2020 – its mission is to be a multicultural, relational network of leaders building bridges between communities by empathy and enjoyment.
